In the latest update from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the monthly statistics for April have been unveiled. According to the data provided, a total of 1209 calls for service were attended to by deputies during this period. These calls encompassed a mix of proactive initiatives and reactive responses, ultimately leading to 326 arrests being made.
Alongside these arrests, the Sheriff’s Office conducted 139 traffic stops throughout April. Additionally, deputies handled 405 civil processes, facilitated 23 funeral escorts, and addressed 19 calls related to domestic violence. The month also saw deputies dealing with 10 cases of vandalism, responding to 46 burglar alarms, and investigating 13 reported thefts. Furthermore, the deputies were called to the scene of 33 crashes during the month.
