Bids are set to be accepted shortly for the construction of a multipurpose center at the Lauderdale County Agricultural Event Center. According to reports from the Times Daily, there has been significant interest in the project, with at least seven contractors expressing their desire to participate. The anticipated completion date for this facility is August 2026. Once completed, the multipurpose center will serve as a venue for various events, including rodeos, as well as horse and cattle shows, thereby enhancing the region’s agricultural and recreational offerings.
