Bob Garner, 91, of Ethridge, TN, passed away on February 2, 2025, at his home. He was a retired dairy farmer and a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Imogene Dickson Garner, and his children: Rosemary Harris, Nancy Niedergeses, Robert Glenn Garner, John David Garner, and Albert L. Garner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Al and Rose Meiers Garner, and his son, George William Garner, and daughter, Sharon Garner Andrews. Bob is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and his sister, Nancy Langdon. The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on February 4, 2025, with a rosary at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on February 5, 2025, followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School. Bob will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
