Chamber of Commerce Marks 75 Years of Service and Community Impact

On Friday, the Chamber of Commerce marked a significant milestone by celebrating its 75th anniversary. The event drew a crowd of over 400 attendees, all gathered to honor the achievements of local individuals and businesses. Among the highlights of the evening was the presentation of several prestigious awards to deserving recipients.

Ryan Egly, who serves as the Chamber’s President and CEO, took the stage to present the esteemed Legacy of Leadership Award to Steve Hill. In addition to this accolade, the Little Gold Mine was proudly inducted into the Small Business Hall of Fame, recognizing its contributions to the community. Another notable award presented during the ceremony was the Citizen of the Year, which was awarded to Alanna Harris for her outstanding service.

The event featured a lineup of distinguished speakers, including State Senator Marsha Blackburn, who served as the guest speaker for the occasion. Mayor Blake Lay of Lawrenceburg also addressed the audience, along with County Executive David Morgan, both of whom shared their insights and congratulated the Chamber on its remarkable journey over the past 75 years.
