The Lawrenceburg Regional Planning Commission is set to convene today with a packed agenda. Among the items up for discussion are a rezone request for a property on the south side of Good Hope Road, aiming to transition it from C-2, Highway Service to R-4, High-Density Residential District. Additionally, a site plan submittal for the Gowen Maintenance Building on an unaddressed property on Business Avenue will be reviewed. The meeting, scheduled to commence at 1 PM, will also address any other pertinent business brought before the Planning Commission.
