The South-Central Human Resource Agency has made an important announcement regarding the distribution of USDA Commodities, which is set to take place in two counties next week. The first event will occur on Thursday, May 1st, in Moore County. This distribution will be held at the Moorhead Pavilion, situated at 301 Wiseman Park Road, and will run from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Following that, on Friday, May 2nd, the distribution will move to Maury County. Residents can collect their commodities at the Graymere Church of Christ, located at 320 Trotwood Avenue, during the same time frame of 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Eligibility for this assistance extends to individuals who are currently receiving support from various programs, including SNAP, Families First, SSI, LIHEAP, as well as those residing in public housing. This initiative aims to provide essential food resources to those in need within the community.
