Schools in several counties in Tennessee and Alabama have announced closures due to inclement weather. In Tennessee, Lawrence County, Lewis County, and Lincoln County schools will be closed for the rest of the week. Marshall County, Wayne County, Bedford County, Maury County, Giles County, and Fayetteville City Schools will be closed on Thursday. In Alabama, Florence City Schools, Colbert County Schools, Lauderdale County Schools, and Muscle Shoals City Schools will also be closed on Thursday. Additionally, Florence Municipal Court and Colbert County Courthouse will be closed on Thursday.
