A community event, the Back to School Bash, is set to take place on Saturday, July 13 at Loretto City Park. Hosted by the Brad Abbott/Lloyd Bentley Memorial Toy Run, the event aims to support local students by collecting school supplies. Participants can access the pool by contributing supplies or monetary donations. The organizers’ goal is to fill a trailer with supplies to distribute to students in the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Those interested in participating can visit Loretto City Park between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the event day.
