To ensure the safety of all residents during the holiday season, the Florence Police Department has issued a reminder regarding the designated hours for fireworks usage within the city. Fireworks are allowed from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. until December 30th. On New Year’s Eve, the permitted hours extend from 10 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. Following the celebrations, residents can once again use fireworks on January 1 and 2, during the same time frame of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The department emphasizes the importance of celebrating responsibly and being considerate of neighbors during this festive time.
