Giles County Emergency Management Office Unveils Low-Interest Loans for Disaster Relief

The Giles County Office of Emergency Management is pleased to announce that the Small Business Administration (SBA) has authorized low-interest disaster loans for residents and businesses affected by the devastating tornado that struck southern Giles County in May 2024. This financial assistance aims to support individuals and business owners as they work to recover from the extensive physical and economic damage inflicted by the severe storm.

Starting Monday, October 21st, SBA representatives will be available at the Giles County Fire and Rescue Pulaski Station to assist those interested in applying for these low-interest loans. This service will continue through November 1st, with SBA staff present from Monday to Saturday, operating between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
