Gloria Jean Roberts Houser, 64, of Collinwood, Tennessee, passed away on December 11, 2025. She was born on April 19, 1961, in Lawrence County, Tennessee, to Jack and Sibyl Clayton Nelson. Gloria was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and her life was a testament to strength, compassion, and faith.
Gloria is survived by her loving husband, Danny Houser, and her children, David Roberts and Kayla Chapman. She was a cherished grandmother to Keylan Roberts, Kourtnie Roberts, Katie Roberts, Camden Chapman, and Ella Kate Chapman. Gloria’s family and friends will always remember her as a dedicated homemaker, a faithful friend, and a pillar of strength.
A devoted member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Gloria’s faith was the cornerstone of her existence. She lived her Christian beliefs through acts of kindness and service, touching the lives of many. Her gentle guidance and unwavering support were sources of strength within her church community.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, on Monday, December 15, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, with interment to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Westpoint, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
