Homer Randal Holt, born on November 29, 1939, in Blanche, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 21st, 2025, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law Kay and Stanley Pardon in Ardmore, TN. Randal served in the US Army as a driver of M108 self-propelled Howitzer and worked in tool and die at Maremont Gabriel for 40 years. He is survived by his children Tammy (Jeff) Burgreen, Kay (Stanley) Pardon, Randal (Cindy) Holt, and Gavin (Penny) Holt, stepchildren, Pam (Tim) Billings and Penny (Brad) Bolden, step-grandchildren, Levi Tyler, Autumn Callahan, Justice and Jasmine Billings, brothers, W.S., Nathan, Howard, Manson, Gayle, and Mike Holt. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Randal was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Faye Holt, parents, Henry Homer Holt and Katie Italyne Holt, brother H.S. Holt, and sister, Jewelene Holt. A private family graveside service was held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11:00 am at Aspen Hill Cemetery. The family asks that memorial donations be made to Aspen Hill Cemetery in c/o Ann McCree, 121 Mimi Circle, Pulaski, TN 38478. Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Homer Randal Holt.
