Jack Peck, 87, of Killen, AL, passed away on July 8, 2025, at Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Jack was a dedicated employee at Reynolds before retiring, and a faithful member of Atlas Church of Christ.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 70 years, Jewel Peck, his sons Lane Peck and Vic Peck (Stacy), his sisters Frances Parker, Peggy Oakley, and Julia Ann Wallace, as well as his grandchildren Lanette Pettus (Adam), Jase Peck (Kayla), Jon Peck (Leslie), Chanda Peck, Trey Peck (Amber), and Ty Martin. He also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Julius “Juke” Peck and Elvie Peck, his brother Bobby Peck, and his son Jackie Wayne Peck.
Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Atlas Church of Christ, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Miles Stutts officiating. He will be laid to rest in Atlas Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Jon Peck, Trey Peck, Ty Martin, Barry Parker, Brilee Putnam, and Adam Pettus.
