Jennetta Ann Kelsey, 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on September 15, 2025, at Lincoln Health in Fayetteville, TN. A devoted homemaker and member of the Historical Society and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jennetta was known for her love of genealogy research, music, and her role as a music director at church. She found joy in playing board games with her grandchildren and cherished her many beloved animals over the years.
Jennetta is survived by her husband, Vernon Carl Kelsey; two daughters, Carla Ann Thompson (Sean) and Valinda Puckett (Mike); one son, Michael Kelsey (Jamie); fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one on the way; eleven nieces and nephews; and her beloved fur babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dalton Edward and Mable Ethel Kilburn Stevenson; one son, Jeffrey Carl Kelsey; two sisters, Norma Jean Hooper and Judy Keeton; and one brother, Wayne Stevenson.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025, with Bishop Ryan Custer officiating.
