Jerry Thomas Jenkins, 72, of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on June 4th, 2025, at his home in Giles County. He was born on July 31st, 1952, in Giles County. Jerry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who cherished spending time with his family.
He had a passion for singing and karaoke, and enjoyed frequent trips to New Orleans and Florida. Jerry also had a love for gardening and tending to farm animals. He was known for his dedication to his community, having operated the corner fruit stand in Waco for over 20 years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th, 2025, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 7th, 2025, at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home, followed by burial in Lynnwood Cemetery.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Lige and Ocia Franklin Jenkins, his late wife Sybyl Jenkins, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters. He is survived by his wife, Tara Jenkins of Pulaski, TN, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
