Jimmie Lee Pollock McGee, 96, of West Point, TN, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025, at her home. She was a retired textile business professional and a devoted member of the Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 1:00 pm, with Steve Hacker officiating. Burial will follow in Old West Point Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on the same day at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
She is survived by her husband, Norman McGee of West Point, TN; daughters, Norma McGee Ogle of Sevierville, TN, and Patty McGee Welch of West Point, TN; 4 grandchildren, Wesley Welch, Allison Sanders, Samuel Welch, and Daniel Ogle; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Jimmie was preceded in death by her parents, Bee and Eunice Coker Pollock; brothers, Malcolm Pollock, Fred Pollock, Ray Pollock, Ted Pollock, and Enoch Knight; and sisters, Christine Long, Robbie Gobbell, Charlene Throgmorton, Bonnie Krauch, Shirley Hollman, and Jewel Pollock.
Pallbearers will be Wesley Welch, Samuel Welch, Daniel Ogle, D. J. Sanders, Jack Welch, and Charlie Sanders.
Jimmie will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her faith, and her hard work in the textile industry. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
