Joe Purcell, 87, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Southern TN Regional Health System. He was a retired employee of Monsanto Chemical Company and a member of Eastside Church of Christ. Joe is survived by his wife, Peggy Coffey Purcell, three sons, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one sister, one brother, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with interment to follow at Gobble Sacred Grounds Cemetery.
