Justin Royce Prince, age 78, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on March 16, 2025, after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie and Lillian Prince, and his siblings, Virgilla Mae Prince Kilburn, Ella Faye Prince Ray, William Arlie Prince, Elda L. Prince Wilford, and Edwina Prince Staggs. Justin is survived by his sister, Maudeen Prince Rogers; his wife Linda; two sons, Waylon and Corey Prince (Katie); two step-daughters, Jennifer Moore (Bobby) and Jill Murks (Rodney); and one step-son, Jason Moore. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Camden, Abigayle, and Camylla Prince; Brian and Brittany Perry; and Austin Murks; plus three great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Lucy Perry; and Carter Murks.
Justin was a proud United States Army veteran and a dedicated employee at Murray Ohio Manufacturing for over 20 years. He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he served in various callings and found great joy in helping others, especially the youth. Justin was known for his outgoing and friendly nature, always ready to strike up a conversation and share a joke with anyone he met.
He had a passion for history, sports, and music, and enjoyed traveling and going on adventures with his family. Justin’s love for reading and music was evident in his vast collection of books and records. He will be remembered for his love of life and his willingness to go above and beyond for his family and community.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, with visitation on March 19, 2025, and funeral services on March 20, 2025. Interment will follow at New Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Justin will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
