The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking into the theft of a kayak that was reported missing from a home located on Robertson Road. According to officials, the owner noticed that the green Perception Outlaw kayak was absent on October 4. Prior to its disappearance, the kayak had been last observed in the yard of the residence on September 29, during the owner’s moving activities. This particular kayak, which was acquired in April for approximately $600, was officially reported stolen the day after it was discovered missing. The investigation into this incident is ongoing, and authorities are working diligently to gather more information.
