A significant rehabilitation project is set to commence on the Interstate 65 Tennessee River Bridges, as announced by the Limestone County Emergency Management Agency. The project, expected to span over two years, will initiate nighttime lane closures starting Sunday night. The endeavor aims to address the maintenance needs of the 50-year-old bridges connecting Morgan and Limestone counties in Alabama, encompassing tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing both concrete and structural steel.
