On Thursday, law enforcement officials from the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force apprehended a resident of Lexington following the execution of a search warrant at a property located on Highway 64. During the operation, authorities confiscated a significant quantity of illegal substances, including 31 grams of methamphetamine and 7 grams of cocaine, along with various items associated with drug use.
The individual taken into custody, identified as 64-year-old Teddy Joe Wray, now faces multiple charges. These include trafficking methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators have indicated that further charges may be forthcoming as the case develops.
