On Thursday, October 16, the Lawrence County Board of Commissioners will hold two important committee meetings. The first of these gatherings, the Facilities Committee, is set to begin at 5:00 PM. This will be succeeded by the Budget Committee, which will either start at 5:30 PM or immediately after the conclusion of the Facilities Committee meeting, depending on how long the first meeting lasts. Both sessions will take place in the second-floor conference room of the County Administrative Center. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and will have the opportunity to discuss issues pertinent to the agenda during the meetings.
