On Sunday, April 13th, at approximately 2:20 PM, volunteers from Lawrence County Fire Rescue had already addressed seven emergency service requests. Among these calls were incidents involving a car accident with injuries, as well as various urgent medical situations. By 9:05 PM, the number of calls for service had risen to a total of thirteen. During this time, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle collision that involved two cars. Additionally, units from both the Summertown and Ethridge Stations were called to assist at the location of the accident. The dedication and swift action of all emergency personnel in Lawrence County deserve our heartfelt gratitude. Their unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety of the community is recognized and appreciated every single day.
