These calls encompassed a mix of proactive measures and reactive responses, ultimately leading to 177 arrests throughout the month. The officers were engaged in a variety of activities, including managing 261 civil processes and addressing 28 burglar alarms.
Domestic violence incidents accounted for 27 calls, while thefts were reported 25 times. The department also provided 15 funeral escorts, ensuring that families could honor their loved ones with dignity. Mental health transports were necessary on six occasions, and there were five reported cases of vandalism. Animal-related issues prompted 86 calls, and officers investigated 28 reports of suspicious persons or activities.
Additionally, the sheriff’s office assisted motorists 17 times and responded to five suicide attempts, highlighting the range of challenges faced by law enforcement. Fraud cases were also a concern, with 10 incidents reported. Traffic enforcement was evident, with 111 traffic stops conducted and a total of 25 crashes recorded during the month. Notably, there were no deployments of SWAT teams or Taser usage reported in this period.
