The City of Lawrenceburg, through its Police Department and Code Enforcement program, is seeking proposals for vehicle towing and storage services. This initiative is designed to identify qualified firms located within the city limits that can meet the ongoing demand for these essential services. The selected firm will collaborate with both the city and local businesses to address the issue of abandoned personal vehicles effectively.
To facilitate the proposal process, the city aims to make it straightforward and accessible for interested vendors. Proposals must be comprehensive and sent to the attention of “Towing & Storage Proposal” at City Hall, located at 25 Public Square, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. The deadline for submission is set for 12:00 Noon, Central Time, on June 26th, 2025.
Each proposal should include several key components. First, a cover sheet detailing information about the proposing firm is required. This should encompass the firm’s name, the owner(s), the location of all facilities, a list of relevant equipment, and any additional information the firm wishes to include. Furthermore, a copy of the Agreement document must be submitted, with any proposed changes clearly marked in red ink, particularly in Section 29, which pertains to charges. Any sections not highlighted in red will be considered acceptable by the proposing firm. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the Agreement document at the Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex, located at the same address as City Hall.
