The Lawrenceburg Community Theatre is excited to announce that auditions for their upcoming production of Peter Pan, Jr. will be held on Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 and Saturday from 9 am to noon at Coleman Church. The production has 26 roles available for students ranging from 1st grade to age 18, including pirates, brave girls, and the Lost Boys. Students auditioning for speaking roles should be familiar with the song “I Won’t Grow Up” from the musical and will be asked to read a portion of the script. It is mandatory for at least one parent or guardian to accompany the student to the auditions.
The show, directed by Cheryl Augustin, Kathy Burns, and Mary Ann Trimble, promises to be a fun and engaging experience for all involved. The performance dates are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and a Sunday matinee on April 5, 6, and 7 at the historic Crockett Theatre. This is an excellent opportunity for young performers to showcase their talent and be part of a beloved classic.
