In its recent activity report for August 2025, the Lawrenceburg Fire Department detailed a busy month, with firefighters engaging in a total of 214 incidents. The data reveals that medical emergencies constituted the bulk of these responses, with 130 calls related to medical assistance. Additionally, the department attended to five vehicle accidents, nine situations involving hazardous conditions, and responded to one structure fire.
The report also highlighted the occurrence of 36 false alarms or good intent calls, alongside three rescue operations. Firefighters provided assistance to citizens on 30 different occasions throughout the month. Notably, the department faced challenges with 41 overlapping incidents, indicating that multiple emergencies arose simultaneously, which placed a strain on the available resources and personnel.
