During its regular meeting on Friday, September 5, the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club proudly inducted Abigail Huntley as its newest member. Huntley was welcomed into the fold with the support of Rotarian Alexis Fann, who sponsored her membership. The club members expressed their enthusiasm for Huntley’s commitment to the Rotary ethos of “Service Above Self,” highlighting her eagerness to engage in both local and international service efforts.
The Lawrenceburg Rotary Club convenes weekly at Lawrenceburg Rotary Park and is part of a vast global network that encompasses over 1.2 million Rotarians across more than 200 countries and regions. This extensive organization is dedicated to various humanitarian efforts, including promoting peace, combating disease, enhancing educational opportunities, bolstering local economies, and improving communities through dedicated service.
