A hearing before the Lawrenceburg City Zoning Board of Appeals has been scheduled for August 5th to consider a request from Adriana Morales regarding a parcel on Fall River Road. Morales is seeking a special exception for a multifamily use in the R3 medium density residential district. Approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals is required as per the zoning ordinance. The meeting is set to commence at 8:30 at the Municipal Complex, situated at 25 Public Square in Lawrenceburg.
