A local man is facing narcotics charges following an incident at a business in Loretto, where law enforcement discovered illegal substances in his possession. According to officials from the Loretto Police Department, Gary M. Kelley was apprehended due to outstanding warrants related to a probation violation and his failure to appear in court.
During the course of his arrest, officers uncovered seven grams of methamphetamine along with a glass pipe commonly used for consuming the drug. As a result of these findings, Kelley has been formally charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
