Margaret Dean Hardy, 90, of Ethridge, TN, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025, at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg, TN. Margaret was a retired accountant with LUS and a devoted member of Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. She had a passion for flowers and spent many joyful hours working in her yard.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Presley and Mary Pullum Hardy. She is survived by her brother, J.O. Hardy (Lottie) of Ethridge, TN; three nephews, Steven Hardy (Donna), Michael Hardy (Arlene), and Tim Hardy (Nancy) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and three great-nephews, Brandon Hardy of Louisville, KY, Chris Hardy of Cookeville, TN, and Kyle Hardy of Ethridge, TN. She also leaves behind special friends and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on the same day, with Bill Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Margaret’s memory.
Margaret will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
