Marilyn Joan Smith Davis, 70, of Killen, AL, passed away at her home on February 19, 2025. Marilyn was the retired owner of Joan’s Flea Market and was of the Baptist faith.
Joan is survived by her loving husband, Melvin Davis, her son James Davis (Kristi), her daughter Joy Davis, her brothers John Jr. Smith (Carrie), Justin Smith (Vannesa), Billy Smith, Dale Smith (Michelle), and Jeff Smith (Pam), her sisters Lynn Ervin and Marilyn Hodges (Jackie), as well as her grandchildren William Davis (Debra), Harly Davis (Austin), Brandon Hatfield, and Brady Hatfield, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward Smith and Mary Elizabeth Thigpen Smith, her brothers Hollis Smith and Johnny Glen Smith, and her sister Shelia Smith.
