Martha Dean Wright Carson, 78, of Florence, passed away on December 16, 2025, at her residence. She was an accountant for Nelda Stephenson Chevrolet and a devoted member of North Carolina Church of Christ.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Hugh Carson, as well as her sisters-in-law Martha Carson and Mildred Stephenson, brother-in-law Billy Carson, nephew Bobby Stephenson, and special friends Cindy Jones and Joanne Hicks.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Lee Wright and Eloise Audery Richardson Wright.
A graveside service will be held for Mrs. Carson on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 1:00pm, at North Carolina Cemetery, with Bro. Wayne Kilpatrick officiating. Burial will follow at North Carolina Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to North Carolina Cemetery.
