Marvin Reed Beavers, 88, of Lexington, AL, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, at his home after a prolonged illness. He was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, and retired from Tee Jays Manufacturing. Marvin was a devoted member of Centerhill Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 1:00 pm, with Greg Dial officiating. Burial will follow in Centerhill Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on the same day at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Marvin is survived by his son, Tim Beavers (Mary Kay) of Lexington, AL, and his daughter, Debbie Collier of Lexington, AL. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean Beavers.
Marvin will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and his unwavering faith. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
