Mary Frances Wright, 84, of Lexington, passed away on September 18, 2025, at her residence. She was a retired machine operator from Champion paper mill and a devoted member of the Baptist faith.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Belinda Garner and Ginda Gentry, her sister Evelyn Hernandez, as well as her grandchildren: Erica Miller (Chad), Lee Wright (Malorie), Amber Myrick (Jason), Whitney Pearson (Shane), and Brock Gentry (Arizona). She also leaves behind numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lois Parker Sharp, her mother, Myrtle Roxanne Hill Reams, her husband, Turner D. Wright, her children, Tommy Wright and Pamela Gray, and her grandchildren, Ashley Wright and Gaven Gray, as well as her sons-in-law, Mark Garner and David Gentry.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Bonnertown Cemetery, with Terry Wright officiating. The burial will follow at Bonnertown Cemetery, with her grandsons serving as pallbearers.
