On Tuesday, the Maury County Office of Emergency Management is hosting “Tune It Tuesday,” an initiative aimed at helping residents ensure their weather radios are correctly tuned. This statewide event provides an excellent opportunity for community members to bring in their weather radios, whether they are new or pre-owned, for assistance in programming.
Officials will be present to offer guidance and share valuable tips on how to stay safe during severe weather conditions. The event is scheduled to take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the office located at 2000 Hilary Drive in Columbia. Residents are encouraged to participate and take proactive steps in preparing for any potential weather emergencies.
