Maury Regional Health to Build $24 Million Facility in Ethridge

Maury Regional Health Center is set to embark on an ambitious project to establish a health park along Highway 43 in Ethridge. A ceremonial groundbreaking is slated for 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, marking the official start of this significant development. The proposed structure will be a three-story building, encompassing an impressive 60,000 square feet, strategically located across from the FedEx Distribution Center.

This new facility aims to accommodate a variety of healthcare professionals, including both primary care physicians and specialists, thereby enhancing the range of medical services available to the community. Additionally, there are plans to incorporate other health-related services within the complex, further broadening the scope of care provided. Currently, site preparation is in progress, laying the groundwork for what promises to be a vital addition to the local healthcare landscape. The total estimated cost for the construction of this facility stands at approximately $24 million.
