In the latest update from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the statistics for the month of June have been made public. According to the data provided, a total of 985 calls for service were attended to by deputies during this period. These calls encompassed both proactive initiatives and reactive responses, leading to the apprehension of 184 individuals.
Moreover, the report indicates that there were 143 traffic stops carried out by law enforcement in June. Additionally, deputies were involved in executing 252 civil processes, providing assistance with 11 funeral escorts, handling 18 domestic violence cases, addressing 11 instances of vandalism, responding to 33 burglar alarms, and investigating 19 reported thefts.
Furthermore, the deputies were called to the scenes of 29 traffic accidents and 23 incidents involving suspicious activities or individuals. These figures shed light on the diverse range of situations and challenges that the Sheriff’s Office personnel encountered and managed throughout the month.
