The Tennessee Highway Patrol has issued an initial report regarding a tragic hit-and-run incident that took place in Loretto during the early hours of Saturday. According to the report, 32-year-old Taylor Mosley was heading northbound on U.S. Highway 43 when the vehicle collided with 41-year-old pedestrian Jessica Wagner. The impact caused severe injuries to Wagner, ultimately leading to her death. Following the collision, Mosley fled the scene. As of now, authorities have indicated that charges against Mosley are forthcoming.
