The Pulaski Electric System (PES) Power Board is set to convene for its monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. This gathering will provide an opportunity for community members to voice their opinions on agenda items at the beginning of the session.
Among the key items on the agenda, the board will be voting on the approval of the minutes from the previous meeting held on June 24, as well as reviewing the financial reports for both the Electric and Energize divisions for the month of June 2025.
In addition to these approvals, the board will also deliberate on several policy updates and amendments. These proposed changes encompass revisions to existing policies related to employment, travel, safety, and privacy. Furthermore, the board plans to eliminate certain outdated policies concerning video and accessibility. New proposals up for approval include the Smart Town Wi-Fi Terms of Service, SMS Terms & Conditions, a policy governing the Website and Mobile App, and an On-Call Compensation policy specifically for the broadband division.
The meeting will also feature a range of informational reports presented by PES leadership. These reports will address various topics, including financial performance, public records requests, operational updates, customer service improvements, ongoing grant initiatives, and the current status of broadband expansion efforts under the BEAD program.
