On Thursday, December 11, law enforcement officials from the Pulaski Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of Michael Dewayne Holley, located at 1806 Kay Drive. This action followed an extensive investigation that spanned several months, focusing on allegations of inappropriate contact with a minor.
The evidence gathered throughout the investigation ultimately led to Holley’s arrest. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Giles County Jail, where he faces serious charges of aggravated statutory rape. Currently, Holley is being held on a bond set at $250,000 and is expected to make a court appearance on Tuesday, December 23.
The investigation was spearheaded by Detective Sergeant Jordan Ramsey, alongside Investigator Keith Crabtree. Authorities have indicated that the inquiry is still active, and there is a possibility that further charges could be brought against Holley as the investigation progresses.
