Rebecca “Becki” Lee Shackelford

Rebecca “Becki” Lee Shackelford of Leoma, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 31^st, 2024.  She was born in Monterey, CA on June 1, 1951 and was 72 years old. Becki was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Park Grove Baptist Church. Becki retired after 22 years as an elementary school teacher. She had a love for the ocean and always enjoyed going to the beach. A visitation was held on Tuesday, February 6^th, 2024 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory. A funeral service followed on Tuesday, February 6^th, 2024 at 12:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with Bro. Rick Cox and Bro. Dwight Bledsoe officiating. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lt. Col. Edward L. and Lois Koontz Seagraves. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Jerry B. Shackelford of Leoma, TN, son, Marvin Lee (Shea) Shackelford of Leoma, TN, son, David Edward Shackelford of Leoma, TN, granddaughter, Adalynn Lucille Shackelford, and sister, Jennifer Seagraves of Lawrenceburg, TN.
