Florence Arts and Museums is excited to announce the launch of its KD Art Lab fall classes, specifically designed for children aged 7 to 14. These engaging sessions will take place from September 2 through November 22, providing young artists with a unique opportunity to explore their creativity. The curriculum includes a diverse range of programs such as Comics, History Through Art, Process Art, Picture Perfect Art, and an Introduction to Watercolor and Plein Air painting. Each class is crafted to offer students hands-on experience with various artistic techniques, fostering both skill development and imaginative expression.
Classes will be conveniently located at the Southall House, situated at 209 E. Tuscaloosa St., right next to the Kennedy-Douglass Center for the Arts.
