Robert Glenn Gordon, age 86, of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Glenn was a dedicated member of the National Guard, a lifelong supporter of his community, and a successful businessman. He co-owned Sundrop Bottling Co. and served as the Human Resources Director at Ganton Technologies before retiring.
Glenn’s impact on Pulaski was profound. He was a lifetime member of the Pulaski Lions Club, an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and a generous supporter of youth sports, local industry, and numerous charity organizations. His commitment to service and philanthropy touched the lives of many.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, JoAnne Campbell Gordon; his son Torrey Glenn Gordon and wife Gail; daughter Mitzi Gordon Foster; granddaughter Kinsey Bowen; and four great-grandchildren, Emmersyn Bowen, Knox Bowen, Sawyer Bowen, and Khari Brown, who were the lights of his life.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished family members and friends, including Candy Holley, Tara Rose, Hugh T Herrington Jr, Will Herrington, and Bobby Holley.
Glenn’s memory will be honored at a visitation on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Gordon and Alice Marks Gordon; brothers Walter “Buddy” Gordon and James “Toots” Gordon; and sisters Maddie Sue Gordon, Jo Gordon Rudd, and Sallie Lee Holt.
His legacy of kindness, generosity, and community spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
