A recent inquiry led by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has culminated in the apprehension of a man from Savannah. David Hershell Davis, who is 70 years old, faces serious allegations including solicitation of a minor via electronic communication and aggravated statutory rape stemming from an incident that took place in 2015. The charges suggest that Davis engaged with a 15-year-old juvenile, initiating a sexual relationship with the minor. Following his arrest, Davis is currently being held at the Hardin County Jail, where his bond has been set at $100,000.
