In a joint effort between the Shelbyville Police Department and the United States Marshals Service, Kyandre Grant was successfully apprehended on Tuesday at a residence on Landers Street in Shelbyville. Grant was wanted for murder and robbery in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Following his capture, Grant is now in custody and will be extradited to Alabama to face the serious charges against him. The safety of the community continues to be the top priority for law enforcement officials.
