Throughout the month of September, residents and visitors in Lawrence, Wayne, Giles, and Maury Counties are encouraged to visit their local Shell Quik Mart. At these locations, customers will notice special purple-wrapped giving pumps. For every gallon of fuel purchased, just one penny will be contributed to A Kid’s Place Child Advocacy Center. This organization is dedicated to offering free, specialized services to children who have experienced abuse across all four counties. By participating in this initiative, patrons not only fill their tanks but also support a vital cause that aids vulnerable children in their communities.
