On Saturday afternoon, emergency responders rushed to the scene of a rollover accident involving a tanker. The incident occurred when the driver of a propane tanker from Thompson Gas lost control on the icy surface of the West End Fire Department’s parking lot while trying to make a delivery. As a precaution, a second propane truck was called in to offload the gas before the overturned truck could be safely righted. Fortunately, there were no reports of any serious injuries stemming from the accident.
