An 18-year-old resident of Muscle Shoals has been arrested and charged with rape in connection with an incident involving a minor that took place in a parked vehicle outside Braly Stadium. This information comes from court documents that were submitted on Monday.
The incident occurred late Wednesday night when a police officer noticed a vehicle parked in the otherwise empty lot of the stadium located on North Royal Avenue. Upon approaching the car, the officer reportedly witnessed two individuals engaged in sexual acts.
The officer instructed the occupants to put on their clothing and exit the vehicle. The driver was identified as Jaquess Greene, who is 18 years old, while the passenger was a 15-year-old juvenile.
According to the report, Greene chose not to provide any statements to investigators when given the chance. He was subsequently arrested, charged with rape, and taken into custody at the Lauderdale County Jail.
