On Friday, the Tennessee Highway Patrol will be implementing roadside safety checkpoints in several counties. Specifically, these checkpoints will be set up in Lewis County along State Route 48 South at Topsy Road, in Maury County on State Route 99 west of Rally Hill Road, and in Giles County on US 31 at the 14-mile marker.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol emphasizes that these highly visible checkpoints serve as effective measures for enforcing state laws. They play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of all vehicle occupants, ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to and that drivers remain vigilant on the roads.
